I selected this photo as a fitting final image for the short story I was telling. I wanted the photo to imply the model is finally calling quits and saying "goodbye" running away from his problems. To create this photo I asked my model to keep an emotionless face and drape his coat over his shoulder while looking back towards me. I wanted to keep the lighting a bit dim but not too dim. In lightroom I converted the photo to black and white and made the blacks in the photo a bit darker.
